Provision of Medical Advice services on occupational and health issues (including psycho-social services), in particular but not exclusively through a doctor specialised in occupational and health issues at work. The successful company will be in charge, amongst other things, of assessing the ability to work following the pre-recruitment tests, implement the annual checks with regards the medical analysis, represent the organisation at the Inter-institutional Medical College or in the framework of invalidity procedures, organising and coordinating medical campaigns, providing general information and supporting Staff and HR officers on the health care services and systems available at F4E etc. Other tasks to be implemented by the Company are the provision of psychological advice in relation with the policy aiming at preventing harassment and support in behaviours directly linked to work. The services described above shall be implemented by different kind of medical specialists, ideally this shall be implemented by a Doctor specialised in occupational health medicine, a Nurse or Nurse Administrative Assistant and a Psychologist specialised in conflict management or occupational psychology.
